The folks at Ted's are awesome! I would like to give a special shout out to Mitch he does the smithing and coating. I brought in a really banged up Springfield to him. Not only did he coat it for a killer deal, he also completed the sidearm in a 24 hr period. I brought my Ar15 in today and he stayed late just to get it back operating properly. While i waited the other staff was more than willing to talk to me and keep me engaged while my rifle was being repaired. The range fee was excellent as well. I bought two boxes of 5.5... read more

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Great instructors for classes. Fair rates for lanes and rentals. Feel like they are more concerned with how well I know my fire arm, and always safety first, than they are with how much money they make.

I would give it a 10 plus if I could. Friendly staff, good selection of rentals and target types. The staff definitely puts customer service first. One of the rental firearms had malfunctioned, which was a new style and caliber that my wife was testing. A staff member let us use his personal firearm as it was the same style and make of what we were using . Very pleased and we will go back again.
