The customer service is bad. ***'s ********************** had great service years ago, but not now. The current employees are disrespectful and dishonest. I was having an issue with my septic back in February and called ***'s service. A young man came to my home, did a 15 minute pump, charged me $350 and left. A few weeks later I was still having the same issue and decided to call a plumber since my septic had been pumped. The plumber charged me $330 and said there is a drain pipe blockage and i need to call a Septic service... read more
RecommendedIt’s sometimes difficult to find an honest company to help you out, especially when you know nothing about the business. I gave these guys a call today and they were quick to give me information that helped me to realize the other company I was dealing with was trying to pull a fast one on me. These guys have integrity. They have earned my business.
