If I can deter one person from making the same mistake we made when we hired Ted's to install our pool, I've done my part. They don't stand behind their work or sub-contractors. Tile looks like crap, concrete is slippery when wet, cracking everywhere and it was never installed properly ....totally screwed us (they have since changed their company name). I wish I could post the pictures. After all these years... Quality my ass!!!! Still dissatisfied !!!

This was the absolute worst customer service experience I think I ever may have had. They were rude on the phone and uninterested in helping or the opportunity for new business. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They are rude and demeaning. I have heard from ma tigger PTEVIOUS customers that this has been their experience as well. Buyer beware and stay away from this company.

Based on my experience with Ted's Pools I would caution anyone from hiring them just because they handle invoicing very poorly and are very unprofessional when you question their charges. They charged me for part and service I never requested or received. When they were questioned, their response was "how would you know if the part was installed or not, you are a new pool owner?" They definately lost me as a customer.

Ted's installed pools years ago, all subcontractors. New pool, rebar popping through plaster, cement runs on tile, water level constantly going down, after several attempts by Ted's,(and several calls) they could not fix. Ted's then never returned calls nor repaired pool. I don't believe the lifetime warranty has any merit. Owner Ted not a people person if it does not go his, the only way

My husband and I have a small backyard so we decided that we would just put a small hot tub there. We met with Peter from Ted’s Pools and he told us that we could have a pool and spa if we wanted and beautiful landscaping to go along with it. So we decided then and there to let them have full reign on how our backyard should look. Working with Ted's Pools was a wonderful experience. Everyone was courteous, knowledgable and very skilled. The end result was a beautiful pool which we absolutely love. They have also done a great job maintaining the pool during both the summer and winter months. You can't go wrong using Ted's Pools to design and build your pool! Tom and Susan P. 2/25/15

I hired TED'S Pools 3 years ago to build a beautiful pool in my backyard. Peter at Ted's spent countless hours designing the pool with us, and I was also able to meet with several of the contractors before ground was broken, thus giving me the comfort level I needed. We built our pool over the winter and early spring, certainly some of the most difficult conditions for pool building, and things went off without a hitch. Great company- top quality pool. Good communication. Everyone involved was pleasant and knowledgeable. In reading the other reviews here I am suspect of their expericence since mine and my wife's was so good.
