The woman who answered the phone was very rude to me and continuously interrupted me while I was trying to explain my situation. She constantly interrupted me and said things I do not feel comfortable repeating. This has been an awful experience and his woman needs to learn manners or Ted's should hire a professional.

Towed my Ramp Truck with a car trailer on the back" off the Mass Pike. Then help unload the car on the bed. My truck would not run so they backed on of there ramps up to it. The price was right and the service was fast. I still made the car show with one car.
