Ted's is one of our go-to restaurants as a family. We like the brand and usually the food is great. On this trip (dinner, Saturday evening), except for Jack, who greeted and sat us, it seemed no one particularly cared that we were guests in the restaurant. And by that I mean the handmade chips and dip were stale, very oily, and cold (usually warm and crispy), and the dip was off.
