The bison meatloaf with the salt-n-pepper onion rings & mashed potatoes was fantastic. Prices are a bit high but it's great quality
Brisket was moist but tasted more like stew in brown sauce. Surprisingly few people dining during lunch.
Had he bison filet - Out of this world flavor wise, and appropriately priced. James, the bartender, was willing to get creative on beverages. A complete experience.
