Guess we caught them off guard. I had Bison short ribs. They were fall off the bone done, cold. I don't mean room temp, they were more like a fan was blowing on them. They appeard to have only two servers, at least that is all I remember seeing after we were seated. When we finished eating we waited over 40 minutes for our check and about 20 more once we presented our form if payment.
Visited the Grill for lunch. The environment is great, warm clean and smells delicious. I was greeted sat and served at the bar by Sam. She did a fantastic job gave great advice and helped me pick what to eat. Definitely plan on returning!
I really wanted to give this restaurant 5 stars because the food was genuinely very good, but unfortunately the atmosphere and staff behavior brought the experience down. When we first walked in the manager John, was standing at the door on his phone and didn’t even look up to acknowledge us.
