Just OK – The pros & cons say it all. It is not out of this word good, but neither is it the traditional theme restaurant. It is just OK. I won't go out of my way to go there, but neither will I turn it down if someone wants to go.
This place stinks The environment is like a cross between a Dennys and a Ponderosa. They were out of the ribs when we arrived. The mashed potatoes came out cold. There is nothing special about this place. Don't waste your money. You will be dissapointed.
Families and large groups feast on hearty cuts and comfort food at this Rocky-Mountain style steakhouse. – In Short Lots of mahogany, tin ceilings, metal crown molding and Arts and Crafts-style décor prevail at this casual, comfortable saloon, part of media mogul Ted Turner's domain. Beef and bison are king, and they're hand-cut on site. Other bites include beer-can chicken, bison prime rib and cedar planked salmon. For dessert, there's home-made cookies, Kahlua fudge brownies, Coke floats and strawberry shortcake.
Good but over-priced I tried Ted's shortly after it opened in Clay Terrace mall. The setting is rustic cattle-ranch. The service was excellent. The food was tasty and there was plenty of it, but very over-priced. If I'm going to spend $20 for a steak, I'd rather head down the mall to Kincaid's.
