I was impressed with the way Ted tried to give me pointers on how to possibly fix my a/c unit so I didn’t have to pay for him to look at it. Unfortunately, it was more complicated. Ted came the same day I called. He found the problem and fixed it. I couldn’t thank Ted enough! He was honest, friendly and very professional. He explained everything he was doing to me and even showed me how to clean out the outside of my a/c unit, which I had no clue had to be done. I will be calling Ted again in the future.
