Took maybe two weeks from my first email to actually getting the work schedule, which I didn’t mind because they were upfront about the wait. The samples they brought over were helpful, like actual wood pieces not just tiny swatches. Ended up going with a darker stain that I originally planned.
Truegrain installed hardwood floors last month and the finish looks. Huge improvement over the old carpet.flawless.
