This company is garbage, they have no consideration and little knowledge passed on to those in the company who do not install the flooring!

After having them replace my flooring, I wanted the “transition “ from kitchen to dining area replaced because it posed a hazard. After many calls they agreed that it was a hazard and agreed to replace it. This was not done very well. The molding doesn’t match, and I’m left with empty spaces.
Is Ted a thief? Owner Lied and told me that the workers were not subcontractors. also when all the flooring was done I seen 4 unopened boxes of flooring left in my garage. a short time later while the crew was still cleaning I seen they were in the workers trailer. I asked him about it and he just played dumb and he left me one box with one peice removed for future repairs.
