Back in 1950's, residential air conditioning was just getting started as a concept - and Ted's Air Conditioning was among the first companies in Arkansas to offer the service. Our company was founded by Tillman "Ted" Neal with his friend Bob Karber as a way to make extra money for their growing families. I’ve had Scott Neal work on my AC and heat over the years and I always know he will show up when he tells me he will be there. He alway does a great job at a fair price. Additionally, I know I can TRUST him to give me the straight answer when there is a problem. So many companies will tell you that you need a whole new system when it may only need repairs.
