Be warned. I contacted this old guy 3 weeks ago and he said he would go to property to begin the appraisal the following week. Nope! He was out with back issues he said all week. Then told me he was going out to the property Tuesday this week. Nope! Also, told me it would take approximately 5 days to provide the appraisal after he sees the property. At this rate, it would be the end of the year before I got an appraisal! I found someone else who could complete the appraisal in 5 days from the time I called.
