Ever since we moved into our house about 5 years ago we have used Tedeschi for all of our plumbing issues. Our water heater needed replaced 2 months after we moved in, and that's when we first found Tedeschi. They are incredibly reliable and trustworthy. They've fixed our various toilet issues, faucet issues, kitchen sink/garbage disposal, pin hole leaks, and replaced our PRV when it failed. Joel is wonderful and we will continue to use Tedeschi for all future issues.
Great company all around. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Joel particularly knows his stuff and did great work.
ETA: Maggie at the front desk is a fabulous addition to Mario's company. She is friendly, professional and empathetic and listens to your concerns. Adds to the 5 Star rating! So I debated taking off a star for office communication as a result of changes and clarifying written estimates, but Joel is such an outstanding plumber/worker that it deserves 5 stars. Shawn came on time and went to work figuring out the problem. Had a couple others here and they couldn’t do it. I would definitely use them again.
Shawn and Chase came in asked what the plumbing issues were knew just what to do. also I had them send a camera in that is worth it to see the condition of the pipes. I have an old house. Fair price. I am going to recommend them.
