Had a pretty bad experience with one of the techs here. He overtorqued one of my wheel bolts and my car is on BBS wheels, so that's a nightmare with how little of room you have to get to the bolt. Before getting started, the tech reassured me that he works on BBS wheels and has plenty of experience with them. I told him several times that I'm worried about them getting scratched. Teddy has been a god-send for me and my wife. First found Teddy over summer time when my BMW X5 overheated. A sensor went bad and my car had zero coolant in it. I was quoted anywhere from $4500 all the way to $7000 to fix that and some other issues my car had at the time. I took my Maserati initially to Maserati of Austin because the engine just stopped one day. They charged me $2,500 just to tell me that I needed a new engine, but they can’t find me one and have no idea when they can get me one.
