Where to start… I paid $1k for front brakes and two weeks later I had the same grinding sound… long story short… my brakes were not replaced and I was charged. I will not go here again and this isn’t the first of these complaints either. Do not take your car here… the mechanics in Tarrytown are much better.

I initially had such a terrible experience at Teddy VW however Maria turned that all around! She has been such a pleasure to work with and the new staff at this VW have really made a difference in the atmosphere!
