Very disappointing experience with this dealership! Agreed on a price on a BMW i7 and then received the bill of sale which was almost $5000 over agreed-upon price. Sales person said he would check with the manager and get back to us that day and we had to make another call to them five days later. Manager agreed to reduce the price but said there was a mandatory $1500 fee for a Lojack system that the owner of the dealership had decided was mandatory for all cars sold. If you want to be treated like absolute trash and have your time completely wasted even after closing a deal with them — go ahead, be their guest. My husband and I went here on 10/28/2025 because the passenger window on our 2025 Tiguan was malfunctioning — after only TWO MONTHS of getting it! At first, everything seemed fine. The service team diagnosed the problem and said the window switch needed to be replaced. We decided to return on Saturday, 11/01/2025, to get it fixed.
