After a not so great experience, I went back today at the request of Tom, the manager. He asked that I give them another chance, and I am glad I did! I had a deluxe pedicure, which was absolutely delightful, as well as an acrylic fill, which was done by Tom. The attention to detail in shaping and length of my nails is not something you see every day. Throughout the appointment, the communication was excellent.
