Being a mortgage guy I need folks surrounding me that I know, trust and like! Teddy is just that. I can't stress enough that you need a realtor that will take their time in finding what you want and need.

I'm beyond greatful that a house I was interested in was a house being sold by Teddy. Sadly that house was already under contract and was closing that week. However Teddy became our realtor! Keep in mind the house market was crazy at the time we decided to buy a forever home. Teddy did amazing he set us up with a loan officer who worked quickly to get us approved and locked in at a lower interest rate.
