Service great! Environment perfect! Pizza � Delicious!!
Hamburgers were undercooked. Kinda grossed me out ..but he didn't ask how we wanted them cooked and i didn't specify. .not the nest experience last night
The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. We had a bottle of wine with our meal and finished it off with a piece of chocolate cake. Will definitely be back!
This was my second time going to Teddy Jack's and I wasn't disppointed the second time. Me and my 'mini me' were out and she was the one that chose Teddy Jack's because she like the building (she's 4). We both wanted burgers, so I decided to order the Double Double and it was very good, real ground beef, juicy and big enough for the two of us. I will definitely be back again!
My boyfriend & I went the other day & we ordered salads before our meals. We waited over 45mins when we got our meals. then we didn't get the salads till after we got our meals. Then the waitress took forever to give us refills. I really hope they work on giving better service & work on having one server per table.
We have never had a bad experience, the food and drinks are great! We recently went to the patio area for the first time when they had live music and it was a great experience even for our kids!
When sitting into a booth, the back of the wood booth bench was splintered badly and tore my new Johnny Was $250 top that I had just worn for the first time. Not only did they not pay anything for the top, they were rude about it and never said "I'm sorry!" There were 5 of us eating and never offered to comp anything. Was told the General manager would call me the next day and never did so we went in the next day and he argued with me and said he wouldn't do anything!!
