I was disappointed in the service we received from this company last week. They were originally supposed to come before then but we got a call that day and they said some of their employees had “problems with authority” and wouldn’t be able to make it. So we rescheduled and they were supposed to come at 9:00 but they never came. It turns out they have a policy not to come to houses that have no trespassing signs. Even though we had an appointment? Wow really disappointed by this "5 star" company!! Sure they started off great and did a good job but after they got the insurance check for over $37,000 back in October of 2014 they have yet to come back and finish. They say I owe them money. Really because I don't remember reading in the contract that I was gonna have to pay anything other than deductible.
