just set up new service this morning, talked to Sasha Solombrino, she made the process fast and easy and told me that my first pickup would be next Monday, I believe her because Teds is the most reliable trash service in our area, they are here every Monday morning at almost exactly the same time every week, look forward to finally having a reliable trash company, Thanks, Leroy H.

Lazy, hostile, and confrontational workers! They leave garbage cans and trash strung about in a high traffic area. Bill's are never accurate and when called to get answers they get rude and hang up on paying customers.

I am a Senior citizen, utilizing the Senior rates with ***** Trash.I moved and went into ***** to ask if I could pay full rate for 1 month, than return to my regular Senoir rate after that month in anticipation of possibly extra trash.I normally pay my fee's in 3 month increments. When I went in to pay my **** and attempted to return to Senior rate the girl said " we don't do that" and tried to charge full rate for the following months. We have excellent service that includes pick up in front of garage. We are elderly and the house is up an inclined driveway approximately 120 feet from street. This has been a wonderful help especially in the winter. Can't thank the men enough for taking care of us."

I was quoted a price for a pick up on a couch and 10 minutes later my mom called to pay for it and they quoted her 10 dollars more! They did not ask me any questions before giving me my quote then ask my mom if it had recliners on it! Very poor service if they can’t get their quotes right!

I am handicapped. When we initially began service we asked that Teds trash do pickup service at the door. For this service we were charged a fee. The trash can had to be placed back where it began and the lid closed. I have on several occasions had to call because of the can out of position and the lid left open. I called today and spoke to Marie in an effort to get this company to do what it said it would, but was told that having drivers closing the lid was putting too many stipulations on them. Awful business. Was a customer for over 10 years then they told me I owed them some money. They never said how much. They waited a couple of months, then instead of contacting me, they turned it over to a collection agenccy. I always paid my bill,,,,usually $150 or $200 at a time to get ahead. What an awful way to run a business.

They didn't pic up my recycle this week. Which is why I switched to them, because my old trash service would do this a lot! Disappointed it's happening with this company.. I pay. You pick up. That's how it goes.. :-/

This family owned business is run with the best integrity and speedy service available! I've known this family for years and you see their roll-off dumpsters all over town for a reason; friendly, quality service at affordable prices.
