What's not to love? As first time home buyers, Ted walked us through all parts of the process in a very simple to understand way. He never got frustrated with any of the many questions that came during contract time- and also told us what was important and what wasn't. Our closing offer was super competitive, and Ted was still able to navigate the must have's on our side post inspection, while making it fair for all. Once we found the spot we were looking for- Ted brought it home!
Ted was instrumental in helping us buy and sell our house. He has extensive knowledge of the North Shore. He was aggressive with our offer and I do not think another realtor would have gotten us the deal that he did. He came to the inspection and was on the phone calling companies to get things looked at the same day. I cannot say enough amazing things about Ted.
