My son had gone to school in Marietta and upon graduation moved to a small town in the Dominican Republic where there was no ophthalmologist nor optician. I live in Kentucky, was going to visit our son in two days. I called Dr. Pack's office and they arranged for me to have a duplicate (just in case they get lost or broken) pair of glasses made for him at the Lenscrafters in Kentucky - the same day! Ready for the trip to see him tomorrow. Many thanks to Dr. Pack and to Tammy for their help.

My prescription is tricky, and no one else has ever gotten it just right. I've been going to Dr. Pack for years, because he is so effective and helpful. In the past, I had visited many other optometrists, and have spent much more money -- with the same modern technology in use -- and have always had problems balancing reading / distance vision and age-related changes. Also, it's easy to get an appointment, Dr. Pack takes the time to answer all my questions, and his staff always makes me feel welcome.
