Service department is a joke. Can't get in touch with the service manager. Failed to properly make a warranty repair not once, but twice to fix the issue correctly. Now despite being under metro fords warranty, I'm having to pay over $3000 out of pocket for another dealership to fix the problem the right way. Not to mention the 4 weeks worth of rental car expenses I've incurred dealing with this department. I am over $6000 dollars out of pocket to fix this departments shotty work.
