Very friendly, on time, and clean. The doctor took time to explain everything she was doing and we looked at the exams together. Thorough and Efficient. She even remembered my one issue from my last appointment and we reviewed that together too!
I recently had my eye exam performed by Dr Hao and she was excellent, personable, and efficient. I also felt very well taken care of by the support staff who performed the preliminary tests. All around, it was a top notch experience. Highly recommended!
