The whole experience was perfect and painless.
I was very nervous about the entire thing. My anxiety was relieved almost as soon as I walked into the office. Susan, at the desk, was so welcoming. Denise helped me get settled in the chair. Dr. Rosner answered every question & was so patient. Debby answered questions about billing & helped in making further appointments. All were friendly yet professional & knowledgeable. DR. Rosner made the experience extremely easy and smooth. I appreciated the personal call after the surgery to check on me and make sure all was well.
Dr. Rosner has been very competent surgeon; I felt very safe with him and I'm very happy I chose this Doctor. I have already recommended him to my family members. The office staff is very helpful and pleasant as well.
