Had to deal with this Dr. because I was injured on the job. I wonder how much work comp pays him to deny care to workers that are suffering. He should be ashamed of himself. If you get into this type of situation be sure and video or audio tape your interactions with this Dr. What he says and what ends up in the reports are not the same thing. I still suffer everyday because of his lack of CARE. Update 8/16/25 Lookout Bentonville AR he may be practing in your town now!

Wow, looks like im not the only one! Makes you wonder how he is still in practice. If you are sent to this Doctor by workers comp, demand ANOTHER doctor! He works for them, NOT you. Doesn't listen to your pain complaints and how you feel. releases you MMI without ANY testing and without your knowledge. changes your restrictions, again, without your knowledge (to suit the employers wants, not your needs). tells you one thing and the insurance company the opposite. This Dr. Must take bribes from work comp insurance. I have recorded audio of him telling me the complete opposite of what he wrote in his report. He caused me all kinds of trouble dealling with my work comp injury.
