Ted did a superb job helping us find a great condo. He is extremely responsive, even late in the evening, and has been a pleasure to work with. After looking at many condos over a few days the best one showed up the evening before my last day of looking. He arranged an 8am viewing the next morning - a Saturday - and we made an immediate decision to buy it. Perfect! We highly recommend Ted for his professionalism, his rapid response, and his great personality.

Ted, right from the start was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained and advocated for us every step of the way in our home buying process. He was always communicative and patient with our questions along the way. Ted also gave us helpful tips along the way, when looking at homes. Upon closing on our house he also gave us a list of resources of people he trusts for various home needs we might encounter.
