Long wait times on the phone. It was nice because I was able to start and complete The NY Times crossword puzzle, and a small wood working project. You can leave a call back but his office doesn’t get back to you. I sent a message through MyProvidence about my ER visit over the weekend. It’s Wed, I still haven’t heard back.
