I've lived in the Milwaukie area for a little over 4 years now, and during that time I've had a bit of trial and error with certain salons. Andrea has cut and colored my hair for 24 years! I followed her from the Pearl to West Moreland/Sellwood because she cuts and colors so skillfully. Whether it’s a pixie cut, a bob or long layers, from red to blond, she makes my hair look so beautiful. And she is a wonderfully warm human being, too. I love her and you will, too.
I have the best stylist! She rates a 5 star also. Ted Isaac Salon is clean, friendly and always helpful! Thank you!
