He is friendly and is willing to take the time to answer questions and he is understanding of my personal issues outside of the doctor office. I hold Dr Hak in high esteem. I am very pleased with our relationship.
My experience has been pleasant every time I have visited Dr. Hak's offfice. His staff is professional and helpful. The only thing I would say is that when I receive my results is that they call to explain what they mean. Other than being "normal" results, I'd like to know what each of the tests mean in laymen terms. Thank you.
