Bought preowned 2020 f-150 from dealership in p.a. and took it to ted green for warranty concerns as I had the top "blue shield" bumper to bumper expiring in a month. Needed the recall sync update, and I had them check a couple minor things such as glove box popping open, but mainly the dash screen had severe lag a couple times, and one morning my car wouldn't go into reverse for 10-15 seconds, then slammed into gear. Top notch dealer and service business. 4 new winter tires were installed as requested. Randy helped us manage the tire rebate process with Ford and our $100 is on the way. We have always dealt with Ted Green Ford and would not ever think about going elsewhere.
Simply one of the top vehicle service experiences I’ve ever had. I recently bought my first full size truck (used 2021 F150) and was trying to decide which dealership to call home and my search is over. A little further drive than other dealerships but their friendly, straight forward approach to business is a breath of fresh air and worth every extra mile.
