I called Ted Cook today (Sunday) expecting to get a recording. Ted himself answered the call and arrived the same day to fix our furnace problem. If I could give 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a HVAC contractor, don't waste your time with any other company. Ted Cook is the best hands down and the only person I will recommend or ever use for any HVAC needs. Top notch company!!
Roger made it out the same day and had our problem figured out and power back on in just over an hour, with a professional attitude while keeping us informed on what was happening the whole time.
Guys. Do yourself a favor and call Ted Cook if you have an issue. My mind is blown. I called another HVAC company first, and I regret that immensely. They had good reviews but they gave me a quote I felt was outrageous and tried to sell me on a cleaning and service plan and all kinds of extras.
