Awesome company, highly recommend! We fully replaced our upstairs and downstairs units with them almost 3 years ago and didn’t have a single problem until this week… and it ended up being some mice that chewed through a wire (totally not the equipment or their fault). Still they came out same day and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly for us. Also helped us prevent it from happening again.
Great communication. Showed up when they said they would. Service was thorough and helpful - Roger took a lot of time to help explain the system and show me how to take care of a number of things myself. Especially compared to some other big "home service" companies, Ted Cook and his team aren't out to just give you the biggest bill they can - they're honest and want to do great work! Happy to have a go-to AC company.
