Shore Orthopedic provided great care for my fractured heel. Especially Dr. Lai, he has such a pleasant personality and always make you feel comfortable and important. No rushing and making decisions which make you confident about the care.
I like Dr. Lai, very much. My only complaint is that I feel like he keeps putting my surgery off. He knows that I want and need surgery on my left foot, but every time I see him, he has another reason why we can't schedule it. I have another appointment next month and I hope that we can get it scheduled then.
Super friendly staff and Dr.Lai is always friendly and welcoming. He answered all the questions I could have had.
Dr Lai was extremely easy to talk to and he listened to my symptoms. We came up with a concrete doable plan of care
