I purchased a 2026 Ford Bronco Badlands Manual from Ted Britt Ford on June 20, 2026. The vehicle itself has been great, but my experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. After I got home, I realized the trailer tow receiver was missing, even though the window sticker clearly listed the Trailer Tow Package as a dealer-installed option.
