First service took about two weeks to finish with zero updates after asking for transparent communication
I took my truck to get a 60,000 mile maintenance as well as a check engine light but I told the lady attendant Heather to call me with a price and she never called.
It was a pleasure to be helped by Heather, she is always kind and helpful and gives great advice. I should mention some time ago I called her to let her know about an issue with my car and even though she was on her way home, (it was after hours) she turned around and came back to Ted Britt's car workshop to help me as much as she could. She is great asset for Ted Britt.
