I had high hopes for this dealer, they were local and heard positive things about it from friends. They had a Chevy Volt I was interested in and a couple came in 20 minutes before I did and dropped $10,000 on it right there. That wasn't the issue, I asked to look at the 2020 Chevy Bolt EV they had in front of the used cars building. The salesman, Guner, was initially kind and informative. Awful experience. No accountability.
Torn on this review because Henry and Stephen were very kind to me. Stephen seemed like he wanted to always do what was right. Long story short I was told my car would be ready and it kept getting pushed off. They offered us a loaner car early on but said it was just going to be a couple more days and that pattern continued for two weeks. We should have accepted the loaner sooner than we did. They definitely should inspect the cars before a customer drives there to pick it up. They clearly have some communication struggles. ... read more
