Before getting married I told my wife I was looking for something REAL. She suggested Ted the REALtor, idk what realtor means but he did a REALly good job helping us find a house. He was surprisingly knowledgeable about aspects of buying a house I wouldn't have thought of like trees, thought they only grow up but they also grow down and that can effect the house. It's not outside the REALm of possibilities to say Ted is the best realtor ever.
Ted was everything that we were expecting in a Realtor and SO MUCH MORE. He has knowledge on the housing market, various neighborhoods, construction, indoor/outdoor expectations, current trends, landscaping, lighting, tools, gardening, utilities, etc. He constantly surprised us by responding to our difficult questions with prompt and thorough answers. He communicated with our seller/agent effectively and got us a competitive price on our house.
Ted has been a friend for several years, but don’t mistake this for bias—while he is an all-around great guy and an incredible human being, his talent for real estate stands on its own.
