Ted Bland was by far the best realtor we have had the privilege of working with. To start with, our property was in Glendale AZ, and we reside in Washington state. The logistics of selling or buying a house are complicated enough and can be quite overwhelming, and even more so, when coordinating the logistics from 3 states away. There aren’t enough words to recommend Ted Bland. My family and I live out of state and worked with Ted to sell a property from afar. He was communicative, consistently stayed one step ahead by anticipating and planning for every potential obstacle, and simply went above and beyond to ensure the best outcome for my family.
