The store assistant gave me a bad vibe - when I walked in, she immediately asked me in front of everyone and my boyfriend if I knew how their sizes worked there. I’m not overweight, not very skinny though, but even if I was overweight, it was rude and not emotionally aware to make this comment to a customer.
I stopped in here and bought a beautiful dress with the help of Anjele who was so knowledgeable and helpful. She said every Ted Baker section has a story. I was very happy with my time spent there and suggest you drop in and see Anjele .
I purchased two pairs of Ted Bakers in Feb 2023 for the summer of 2023. Unfortunately, when I wore the Black Florals sneakers, I noticed there were cracks in the Floral artwork on each sneaker. I called Bloomingdales and complained about the sneakers to see if it could be replaced. I even sent an email. Was denied the replacement of the sneakers. I love these unique sneakers.
