I received a psychological evaluation through here. In the evaluation Ted Harris changed my wording and dates of events making me appear like a bad parent: I tried contacting him to have it fixed. I didn’t disagree with the recommendations, but needed things clarified. When I finally got a hold of him he said the call or email him. He wouldn’t answer another call and didn’t respond to any of my emails. I also asked to see the release of information that I supposedly signed because he sent my results to another party. I have documentation for everything I will say in this review. I gave the "good doctor" only one star because I had to. If I could give him less than that, I would. (Negative stars, perhaps?) I was seeking entry into my "would-be chosen profession," but I have a complex behavioral health history. The Utah State Office of Rehabilitation referred me to Dr. Harris for a psychological evaluation.
