I booked a transmission service for Tuesday, and they confirmed it, but when I arrived, the shop was completely closed for a public holiday! Their Google Maps page still showed “OPEN”, which is totally misleading. Because of their careless mistake, I wasted my whole day and it caused serious problems for my personal plans. They never called, never apologized just silence. It’s clear they don’t care about honesty or customers’ time. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Don’t take your car to a shop that lies so easily.
I think you’ll be lucky if u get a positive answer and attitude when you call this guy. RUDE AND EGOMANIAC THIS GUY. doesnt know how to talk and disrespectful to customers. Dont book or trust this business
