Your driver is going 15 miles on side streets. He doesn't seem to know what street signs are or what the legal speed limit is. Idiot being obnoxious and causing unnecessary traffic.
Had to go to this site for a training. It is not the ideal location to travel to if you depend on mass transit. You're better off driving there. The location itself is a concrete lab so don't wear your Sunday best there. There is a bathroom but the door doesn't close or lock. The staff are friendly enough though!
