Avoid these guys if you can! Poor communication, don't show up when they say they will, don't fix the problem aka cost you more money for additional service calls. Our roof was under warranty through GAF, a manufacturer that uses Tecta as the vendor to service their warranty. I waited over two weeks to hear from them about who would be servicing our leaking roof. They tell me they've already forwarded my info to Tecta and I should have heard from them.
