had a run in with a tech in one their vans. they were parked where our company vehicle ( whom they were working for on this day) is parked and when ask to move slightly, I was told to park elsewhere... and then called a foul name... nice people working there.. very friendly and pleasant lol. dont knownwhat kind of work they do but their attitude towards their clients needs in this matter was appalling!
Tecta America installed our green roof in 2011 and paid additional for an extended warranty. They did not install it properly, which eventually caused a gutter weld/seal to break and leaked into our office, causing a huge mess and an expensive repair of rotted ceiling, walls, and insulation. When I contacted Firestone, Tecta never submitted our warranty information. While the company was sold, the work was warranted under Tecta America.
