Terrible Communication thru out entire building was a foremen and service foreman at Glen rock location. George kotzman is a terrible service manager miss treated workers and never knew what to do in the roofing field
I had a horrible experience outside Lancaster PA with one of their trucks behaving psychotically on the road and nearly causing an accident. When I called the company, the dispatcher Mr Ling was beyond disrespectful and truly rude, choosing to deflect responsibility, not even letting me complete a sentence. He didn’t care at all about the threat his driver was actively posing. Given their apathy towards safety and service, I won’t trust them with my home.
Happy from start to finish! The initial inspection was professional and through. The quote was detailed and the work was scheduled quickly. The work crew was professional, timely and worked clean, paying attention to detail. The job site was left cleaner than when the crew arrived. To top it all off they were willing to work on a restored building that is 185 years old.
