Doesn't properly take your insurance, impossible to get a hold of, and will send you to collections for a bill that was already paid.
Scam! SCAM! I get all my bills through MyChart and then my EOB from my insurance company and you should too. Please do not pay. Do not fall for this. I work for Multicare and we do not have this name of an establishment and would never ask for money via text with a sketchy link.
I paid my bill and keep getting messages asking to pay them again. We should all come together and sue. They need to stop or either get their billing together anf stop harassing people. THIS IS GETTING OUT OF HAND!
