I called ahead and was told it would be $55 per tire, which sounded fair. But when I got there, suddenly it became $65 per tire. I figured fine, whatever — as long as they’re decent tires. The guy then showed me some junk tires that looked like they came out of a junkyard, and two he claimed were “new.” Before I could even take a proper look, he’s already rolling them over and jacking up my car like we already made a deal. Came here over phone said $65 for tire arrive and they tried selling me tire with no tread for $5 more i immediately said no that tire most is worth $40 in condition it was in even if they didn’t agree to that i understand but changing price once i arrive to a tire in poor condition and then saying they wouldn’t install onto the rim on top of that was infuriating waste of time definitely don’t come here
I’ve been to this shop multiple times and 2 times they have broken my wheel studs which have cost me even more to repair than the actual tire. Today I asked if I can get a new tire installed but instead of an impact gun to finish putting the wheel on, if they could use a digital torque bar that calculates where to stop tightening. They said they don’t have one. How does a tire shop that charges $60-80 a tire can’t afford a digital torque wrench that costs $80.
