Please avoid this place at all cost if you have a nice car. 0 stars for this poor place they call a business . Brought my Mercedes Benz cls 550 to change 2 tires for inspection . Upon leaving they tried to upcharge way above what I was originally quoted upon arriving . Also, upon doing my tires, they had taken an air gun with too much torque and completely snapped My lug nut stud in half with the other half of the stud still stuck in the wheel with no offer to fix the mistake. This has been my go to for tires but not anymore. The staff is nice but they don’t know what their doing. The manager is no help she does not take responsibility for the staff. I rather pay a little more and pay someone that knows instead of keep on going back and forth with them.
This man was super unprofessional and rude person tried taking advantage of my situation. He needs to be off your worksite or trained for behavior development.
