Took Samsung Flip Z4 for them to replace the flex hinge cable. When I returned after an hour, they told me they have to take the screen off to replace the cable, which I already knew. They wanted me to spend over $300 to buy a new screen ahead of time in case they crack the current one. What?!?!?!? I told them no thank you and when I brought the phone home the back case was scratched to h*ll. I called back and they won't take my calls. LOL!!!

I was told they could fix my son's switch if I brought in the parts to fix it. I ordered them and brought them in, only to be told they wouldn't do it. It sounded like a machine was down but the rep wasn't very clear about it. I couldn't recommend this shop for anyone.

The service was good.. the tech jishan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a cracked screen on the original phone and he replaced it flawlessly within 20 min.. also added a screen protector and phone looks like brand new now. Highly recommend.
