They were very nice and kept me informed on the issues with my laptop and got it fixed very quickly.
Wish you could have saved my hard drive data though.
Amazing service! I tried another place first and they said it would take 2-5 days to fix the ipad screen. I found this place and they got it done within hours same day. I also purchased a new ipad cover to protect the glass. So happy to have found them!!!
TLDR: The repair I brought my phone on for was fixed in a timely manner, but during the repair my power button was broken and I had to haggle to get a small reimbursement. Overall, beware if there are further issues while using their repair services. Used the business to repair a broken screen on my phone. I was visiting the area for a short time, and the business was able to work within my limited timeframe well and was efficient with having to order the parts and set up a time to fix the screen while I was here.
