The technician Gale was a godsent,he did an excellent job going above and beyond to help us.I will definitely return in the future if needed,and I highly recommend this place.You came through 100% for our needs in this stressful time.
Our laptop was damaged in a car accident. The screen needed to be replaced. Techy did an excellent job and it works like new. They looked at other potential issues but determined that everything else was okay. Did not try to up sale us on something we didn't need.
Lady behind the counter seemed to upset that I was even there trying to sell my phone. The website claims that they will Pay me $330 for it. Website stated that as long as the battery life is over 80% it is still good. I get to the store and the lady states she already has an iPhone 14 Pro and can’t buy it. She then begins asking questions about the phone and states that the price I received was “corporate” price so if I do it over the phone and mail the phone in once they receive it and verify it I would get paid that amoun... read more
Went in with a problem and they fixed it very quickly! Very professional, courteous, and efficient!!!
Super friendly, honest, timely service! My iphone 2020 se screen just stopped working the night before and it was well overdue to be replaced. We walked in and were greeted right away. Told the employee (forgot to ask his name) what had happened and he checked to make sure they had the screen in stock they did and he said it would be about an hour. It only took him 45 minutes!! This is our second or third time visiting them for phone issues. They will continue to have my business!! (Tiffany)
