I was promised a call back from Vincent 3 weeks ago to schedule me to repair my iPhone 11 again, when the initial screen he installed malfunctioned multiple times. He never called me back. I ended up taking my phone to be repaired at the Apple Store, and in addition to the $199 charge to replace the screen, they reported that Techworm had also damaged the face recognition function on my phone, which would have cost me an additional $169 to fix.
