Very impressed. Staff know the product and are honest and happy to show and explain work required and not required. Resulted in saving me thousands by giving honest advice. Workshop is impressive for being clean and organised. Desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Will be coming back and recommend them to others.
As a customer walking in, comfortable front office, can’t wait to see more balanced staff in the Automotive/Trades in general in the ACT. Can’t wait to see more workshops in the ACT like this tbh. Umm

I booked here for a service and suspension repair after being told different things by different mechanics and just being generally unsure of what parts my car needed. The team (mostly Brigette) took lots of time to answer all the questions I had, even showing me examples of parts and why some types are better than others. spoke to a lovely girl (probably gonna spell it wrong) but Bridget (sorry) was wonderful, all i did was call up for an opinion on a blown head gasket and got prices, was told everything about what they do while they have your vehicle, not only that but other option that we could go to get stuff done.... I reckon the $$$$ is worth the time they spend in making sure that your car is well looked after. haven't been here but definitely recommend already based off customer service.
